World Diabetes Day 2007 in West Palm Beach, FL

November 6th, 2007 by Eric - Customer Relations

As many of you might already know, last Saturday, November 3, 2007, was the first weekend in National Diabetes Month, and American Diabetes Wholesale was at the World Diabetes Day event at the Kravis Center in West Palm Beach, Florida. The event was hosted by the Palm Beach Diabetes & Endocrine Specialists, and there were plenty of friendly faces and great information at every turn!

The event had a comfortable and professional atmosphere, with free glucose screenings and free glucose monitors given to the first 500 attendees! Physicians were on hand to answer any health-related questions the guests may have had, and there were even scheduled classes and lectures, covering a range of topics such as “Insulin Therapy for Diabetes”, “Diabetes and Cardiovascular Disease”, and “Weight and Diabetes.”

We met some very nice people from the medical community as well as the guests, and the turnout was even bigger than last year, with about 800 people attending! Thanks again to the Palm Beach Diabetes & Endocrine Specialists, and everyone else who made this event a great success!
