Another alarm you could set up is in your e-mail program (if you use Outlook or something like that).

		<description>I used to have this problem a lot in college. It also led me to my highest A1C to date - 9.2. 

I started testing more often by setting my insulin pump to alarm at pre-set times of the day. A couple times in the morning, lunch, a couple times in the afternoon and evening, and then around the time I usually go to bed. Ended up with 7 alarms, and I tested for almost all of them. Of course, sometimes things change and you eat earlier, so then you don&#039;t need to test when the alarm goes off, but it at least stops and reminds you to think about when the last time you tested was. If you can&#039;t do it with your insulin pump, try it with your cell phone.</description>
