Lunch today didn’t help the diet
December 11th, 2008 by Chris SWhat I just ate for lunch today is not going to help me out in my diet. Chinese food. I wasn’t going to eat it, but everybody pretty much, in the office was ordering it, so I decided, ahhh why not. I made sure I got one of the dishes that has the most fattening sauce, and sugary things in it. Honey Garlic chicken with a lot sauce, plus fried rice, and not to mention egg roll. That should knock about 4-5 pounds off of my holiday weight loss attempt.
Well, I tested right before I ate and it was 125. It’s only been about an hour or so since I ate, so I’m not going to test yet, but I’m hoping it is still within a good range. I received a fax today to get my A1c test done. So I better add that to my list of things that I need to do in the next week before I go back home for Christmas. I have a lot to do tonight. I was supposed to put my Christmas tree up last Saturday, but I didn’t have a chance to do it, so I will have to do it tonight. Christmas music, lights, cookies, and a tree. The worst part about doing this is that I fly home in less than 2 weeks and won’t be here for Christmas, so I will only see it for a little bit.
Hope you all have a great day!
